Drain theSwamp
The swamp is up through the storm drains, and it is thickest on Capitol
Hill: one dome, six office buildings, and a standing seep no appropriation has ever
fixed. You have a tanker truck painted red, white and blue, a suction hose, and
L'Enfant's street grid. Drain the sector, haul the load to Blue Plains, repeat. The
muck will not cross the White House fence — which is where you go for an
executive order. Let the pressure hit 100% and the District belongs to the swamp.
